I’m Lindsay, a parent just like you, who also happens to be a big therapy nerd.
I provide parenting and trauma therapy using a relationship based approach to draw a line from the past to the present.

At the office:
You’ll find warm lighting, comfy seats, and lots of fidgets to keep nervous hands busy for both kids and adults (and therapists!).
Snacks and drinks will always be available upon request. This room is a space to feel safe and secure. Not hangry.
Shoes are always optional. Doubly so if you’re a kid.
Noise cancellation is built in to ensure privacy during sessions.
