Answers To Your Burning Questions

  • Indigo therapy is home based in the Hurst/Euless/Bedford area. Virtually we can see clients anywhere in the states of Texas or Arizona.

  • If you are 18+, yes! Virtual may also be appropriate for teens on a case by case basis. Virtual is not offered for most children and teens, as it is difficult to engage them and see change via only talk therapy on a screen.

  • I work with adult individuals, children/teens 2 years-17 years old, and families. I also specialize in adoption and trauma.

I am happy to work with you regardless of your gender or sexual orientation. Members of the LGBTQIA community are welcome!

If I feel your issues are outside my scope, I will refer you to a therapist or practice I know and trust.

  • Consultations are perfect for determining if we will be a good fit! Sometimes it may seem like you don’t fit within my scope, but after talking about it, you do!

This will be discussed and clarified during your free 15-minute consultation.

  • If you are a new client, you can schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. You may also contact me by email or phone number on the “Contact” page.

If you are a current client, you can login to your secure portal to schedule a session… or contact me via email or phone.

  • I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session you will be charged for the missed appointment.

  • Our practice current accepts Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, Oxford, and Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance via a company called Headway. Aside from those, we are a cash pay only practice. We do offer you a Superbill each month to send to your insurance for possible Out of Network Reimbursement, and partner with Mentaya to assist clients with getting reimbursed without the hassle.

See our “Investment” page for further info on prices and options to pay for therapy.

  • I strongly encourage you to bring a list (or make a mental list) of the important or big subjects you want to dig into, share, or get feedback on. Love me a list.

  • Mindfulness, my brain never turns off! I just end up making a grocery list while “meditating”.

  • Neither right now. I’ve too many people at home to keep alive as is.

  • Changing the sheets on the bed, which is a shame because I LOVE clean sheets.
